    • have as our core purpose, the goal to prevent and reduce the impact of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) on children, young people and/ or adults through our service
    • use a trauma-informed approach and evidence-based interventions
    • can demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach through evaluation or external research
    • listen to the user voice and/ or experts by experience to inform our delivery.
